Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites including: - cleaning and preparing a job site, - loading and delivering materials, - operating hand and power tools of all types: power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, air hammers, earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments, - signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. - dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, - clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials, - able to handle/lift materials, - perform activities or responsibilities as directed by the site superintendent/foreman. Working Conditions: - Exposure to jobsite conditions including moving machinery, loud noises and inclement weather. - Travel will most likely be required. - Must have a valid drivers licence.
